Taiwan 臺灣 (2001-2007)

Taiwan is among the most densely populated countries in the world and in the 1960s, entered a period of rapid economic growth coined the "Taiwan Miracle-臺灣奇蹟". This series, shot from the early to mid 2000s, captures this rich tropical island’s steadfast development and entrepreneurial spirit in landscapes that often juxtapose a traditional way of life with modern Asian and Western influences.

This body of work was shown at Anna Leonowens Art Gallery as a solo exhibition.
